I love that the courses a well designed, both versions available (face to face and virtual). They are easy to use and implement into any type of business. Successful effective response. I was amazed to have resources for implementation and ice break activities. It is truly having an extra hand of amazing support to instruction design, which takes so much time out of a trainers schedule. I was also impressed to receive e-mail notification when a course has been updated giving me an opportunity to have the most latest version of the course. Thank you!!!
