Great content. Easy to read and follow.

I have been very happy with the quality of other TCM material overall. My clients respond very well to the content, presentation, activities, and format. However, I am slightly disappointed with the the first Virtual material I received. I have found that the Trainer manual for Emotional Intelligence still contains some activities designed for in person delivery. It is still excellent material, and I reommend it, but is not ready “ou of the box”…needs some tweaking for smooth delivery.

I have used TCM’s material to facilitate several courses and have found the quality, information, and activities to be so good that I have built an entire training program around these courses! There is some upfront work to do if you are a US customer, mainly grammatical and spelling changes that differ from other countries. There are fun activities that relate to the topic and my learners are never bored! If you have a small training department or if you are the only trainer on staff expected to design, develop, and deliver training content, then you need this material! TCM is responsive to questions and feedback and do not hesitate to make corrections or updates when needed. You cannot go wrong with this company!

I suggest 2 things for improvement : 1- provide us with references to the training topic 2- include much more exercises and activity even for the same skill so we can chose from based on kind of our participants . all in all , this website is super which when I found it I am now at peace of mind when preparing to training . thanks a lot

I bought a mini course for $99.00, I don’t think this course worths this much money, the course fee of time management should be lower as it has been created for thousands of users. I hope the admin will take initiative.

Course content now doubt very nice and appreciated , need to improve video selection because now people demand complete interactive communication.

I’ve ordered a few different courses and am very impressed with the consistent quality of content; PowerPoint designs and support material of trainer guides and workbooks. This company does a fantastic job of putting together modern, relevant training materials! The packages are comprehensive and include everything a trainer needs to present the courses. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that there are some grammatical errors, formatting mistakes, and other minor irritants that mean I have to review every slide of every page, but overall this is a great value for the money. I hope to see more material coming soon!

The material was very useful for me, especially the competitive review game. Though, I think there should be discounts to encourage further purchases.

The slides are great, but the Participant Guide is in landscape, and other material that I combine it with is portrait. Also a lot of spelling/grammar mistakes. Since my review, TCM took immediate action to provide what I needed in terms of format, and polished the content to be able to use with confidence. Thankyou!
