Activity 1: What Do You See? (6 vs 9)
Objective: Demonstrate how the same information can be interpreted differently based on position.
Time:
10 minutes
Materials:
- Large “6” printed on A4 paper
Steps:
- Place the paper on the floor.
- Split the group in half—each half stands on opposite sides.
- Ask both sides what number they see.
- Facilitate a discussion on how both answers can be correct.
Debrief Questions:
- How does this relate to workplace disagreements?
- What can we do to understand another person’s view before reacting?
