A fun team building activity to promote communication, collaboration and teamwork. The activity requires good communication between the team and good planning skills as well.

Tools/Items required
Bedsheet or a tarp
Direction
Instruct the whole group to stand together on the tarp.
Together as a team and without stepping off the tarp, the team is tasked to flip the tarp over so that everyone is standing on the other side of the tarp without anyone’s feet leaving the tarp.
Safety precautions
Instruct participants to plan carefully first and not move too quickly to avoid any injury.
